Jenny & Riley actually met at a wedding 6 years ago when she was a bridesmaid for her best friend. Years later when it came their day to get married, the pair looked effortless and timeless. Looking at the photos, it appears that all the frivolous things have been stripped away and that they created a day filled with the things that matter — love, friendship, and simple, beautiful details.

The reception was held in a renovated Spanish church from the 1920’s called La Villa. Jen says her aesthetic is very minimal, but she wanted to incorporate earthy tones and textures. She did so with terra cotta vases and understated mini bouquets, among other things. For a minimal but chic look, the Lupine dress fit her aesthetic perfectly and she knew she could be herself in it. She paired her dress with gold thread earrings with pearls and classy, creamy peep-toe heels.

Many of her favourite moments from the day came from the speeches. She says: “They were hilarious and moving and sincere. The energy in the room was palpable. I think the pictures say it all.”
